Sound AiSleep launches The Dolphin Sleepover- a gentle new children’s story created with Marine Connection to help families rethink marine parks

Sound AiSleep, the award-winning storytelling studio behind personalised, parent-voiced audiobooks, has launched The Dolphin Sleepover — a warm imaginative bedtime adventure created in collaboration with Marine Connection.

The story marks the first release in Sound AiSleep’s new Chomplin’s Storyverse, a series designed to help charities, educators and brands communicate their values through children’s storytelling.

Created for children aged 5–7, The Dolphin Sleepover uses gentle humour and imaginative storytelling to give young listeners a clearer understanding of what life is like for dolphins in marine parks. Through the eyes of Finn and his sister Nibbles- who sneak off for a secret nighttime “sleepover” with three quirky dolphins- children begin to notice, in a soft and age appropriate way, that the dolphins’ world is far smaller and less natural than it appears. 

The story encourages families to reflect on the difference between entertainment and true animal welfare, showing that real kindness means allowing dolphins the freedom and space they enjoy in the wild.
